Containerization - Block and Brace
A container on the top row of the ship can be one-hundred-thirty feet above the sea, and it moves very fast in heavy weather. It can rise and fall fifty feet while moving back and forth another seventy feet; all in just seconds. Total Export will use wood, foam, chains and straps to block and brace your equipment inside the container to ensure there is no movement.
This piece is secured in a custom built cradle and blocked from each side and the top of the container. Foam strips are used to protect the equipment and straps are used to finish the pack.
